Cybernetics Engineering & Designs (CED)

From idea to working system.

Seven steps, one team, every layer — from the first question about the problem to the system running in the real world.

Seven steps

  • 01 Understand: What problem are we solving? Who has the problem, what it costs, how it is handled today and what “fixed” would look like.
  • 02 Define: What should the system actually do? Requirements, constraints and a first release that solves the most expensive part of the problem.
  • 03 Architect: What hardware, software and infrastructure are required? The layers, how they connect, what to buy and what to build — decided before code or copper.
  • 04 Build: Develop the system. Short cycles with results you can see: boards on the bench, screens you can click, data flowing end to end.
  • 05 Test: Validate it in the real world. Bench tests first, then field tests under the conditions the system will really face — heat, distance, bad signal, real users.
  • 06 Deploy: Put it into operation. Installation, hosting, onboarding and handover documentation.
  • 07 Support: Improve and maintain it. Monitoring, fixes, updates and the next set of features — through Technology Care.
