Engineering solutions, from first sketch to working prototype.
Some problems need something physical: a device, a sensor, a board, an enclosure. We design the electronics, write the firmware, model and print the housing, and test it until it survives real conditions.
Who this is for
- Companies developing a physical product that needs electronics
- Operations that need a custom device, sensor or controller
- Founders with a hardware idea who need a working prototype
- Products that have to work off-grid or in harsh conditions
Problems we solve
- There’s an idea for a device, but nobody to design the electronics.
- An off-the-shelf device almost fits the job, but not quite.
- A prototype works on the desk and fails in the field.
- Batteries die too quickly, or the enclosure doesn’t survive outside.
What we build
- Electronics & PCB prototypes — Schematics, board layout and assembled prototype boards, brought up and tested on our bench.
- Embedded firmware — Low-power firmware that reads sensors, manages energy and talks to the rest of the system.
- Enclosures — CAD-designed, 3D-printed housings, iterated until the board, battery and solar panel fit and survive.
- Power design — Solar and battery budgets for devices that can’t be plugged in or charged every day.
- Testing & iteration — Bench testing, field trials and revisions — documented, so every version is better than the last.
Technologies
- Schematic & PCB design
- Microcontroller firmware
- GPS & sensor integration
- 3D CAD & printed enclosures
- Solar & battery power
- Bench & field testing
How it’s quoted
Engineering is quoted in stages — a Technical Discovery or feasibility step, a working prototype, then field testing — so you commit one stage at a time as the evidence grows. Volume manufacturing is done with specialist manufacturing partners.
Evidence
- KhuselaGuard — Solar tag electronics, firmware and a printed enclosure — iterated on the bench and proven on a working farm.
