You don’t need to know exactly what to build. You need to know what will work.
Bring us the problem, the idea or the technical challenge. CED helps define the right solution before development begins.
Bring us
- The problem, in your own words
- How it is handled today, and what it costs you
- Any existing systems, prototypes, documents or data
- The constraints — budget, deadline, site conditions, people
What you get
- The problem, defined — What is going wrong, for whom, what it costs and what “fixed” would look like — written so both sides agree on it.
- The constraints — Budget, deadline, power, connectivity, site conditions and existing systems — the limits any solution has to work within.
- The risks — Where the real technical and practical risks are, and which of them should be proven first.
How it works
- 01 A first conversation — A free 30-minute call about the problem. We tell you whether a discovery is the right next step — sometimes it isn’t.
- 02 Technical Discovery — We work through the problem with you and look at what exists today: systems, prototypes, documents and data.
- 03 In writing — The problem, the constraints and the risks, written down and walked through with you.
- 04 A staged quote — If building is the right answer, a written scope and a quote per stage, so you commit one stage at a time.
What it costs
Technical Discovery is a fixed R550. It defines the problem, the constraints and the risks in writing, before any build is quoted. The first 30-minute conversation is free — that’s where we’ll tell you if you don’t need a discovery at all. Architecture, a development roadmap and an implementation plan are scoped and quoted as the first stage of a build.
